A bike parking ordinance was called out as something the city of Colorado Springs should strive for in the Applying the Best Solutions section of the Bicycle Master Plan. Bike COS is working on drafting and proposing that a Bike Parking Ordinance be added as part of the RetoolCOS – Zoning Ordinance Update which is currently underway.
