On Wednesdays in the summer (May through Sept) different SoCoVelo members will lead a group ride from Criterium. Rides start at 6pm and typically finish between 7 and 7:30pm. Goal is around 15-mile distance with typically some climbing on the west side of Colorado Springs. This is a no drop event for beginner to intermediate level riders but the ride attempts to adjust to meet the level of the riders in attendance. Its goal is mainly social group riding but of course come prepared with all of the equipment you will need (helmet, tubes, air, water bottles, etc). Questions can be emailed to info@socovelo.com
A waiver must be signed at Criterium bicycles for SoCoVelo once per year to join in on any of our events. Participants can take care of that before the ride at the shop’s main desk.
