With the help of Bicycle Colorado we are excited to be able to offer Bicycle Friendly Driver training to the Pikes Peak region.

Help make roads in the Pikes Peak region safer and more courteous

Become a certified Bicycle-Friendly Driver!

With the help of Bike Colorado Springs volunteers, we welcome our state wide bicycle advocacy organization to town to help improve the safety on our roadway for both bicyclists and motorists. Bicycle Colorado’s Bicycle-Friendly Driver program is designed to teach all drivers the best ways to share the road with people on bicycles. This 1.5-hour, interactive class covers the following topics ranging from common crashes between motorists and bicyclists to what is legal and illegal behavior for motorists and bicyclists. Upon successful completion of the class, participants will receive a Bicycle-Friendly Driver certificate and sticker to display on their vehicle.
